Welcome to the Day of Gratitude website (the “Site”). Day of Gratitude is hosted by CityServe Network (“CityServe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site or any related services, including event registration, donations, or volunteer sign-ups (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

Use of the Website

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Event Information & Changes

Day of Gratitude is a live, in-person event. Event details—including date, time, location, programming, speakers, performers, or distribution activities—are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to operational, safety, or other considerations.

CityServe reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event in whole or in part.

Registration, Donations & Transactions

If you register for the event, volunteer, or make a donation or purchase through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Transaction processing may be handled by third-party service providers.
• CityServe is not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment platforms.

Your use of donation or registration tools is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending Day of Gratitude or participating in related activities, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded
• Your image, likeness, voice, or appearance may be used by CityServe and its partners for promotional, educational, or informational purposes
• Such use may occur in any media format, without compensation or further approval

If you do not wish to be recorded, you are responsible for notifying event staff on-site.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By attending the event or participating in any associated activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless CityServe, its officers, employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the event or use of the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to CityServe and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. CityServe does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
